1. Reservations & Check-In

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or stay without a guardian.

A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, driving license, etc.) is required at check-in.

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
2. Payments

Full payment must be made at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the rate plan.

Prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, fellow travelers, and property.

Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or harassment will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Possession or consumption of drugs or banned substances is strictly prohibited.
5. Hostel Property & Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to hostel property caused during their stay.

The hostel reserves the right to charge the guest’s card or demand payment for repairs or replacement.

Towels, bedding, or hostel property must not be removed from the premises.
6. Dormitory Rules

Dorm beds are allocated per person; sharing a single bed with multiple guests is not permitted.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
